 All the products are loaded at the loading site of our factory using crane and forklift by our skilled workers, who will prevent the goods to be damaged. We support customized service, our engineers will draw model drawings/effective drawings/CAD drawings according to customers' actual requirements.

2.How to install the products?

Cold storage installation is relatively simple, small cold storage by engineers to provide online guidance. Of course, we also support on-site installation of large cold storage and equipment.

3. Do you provide samples?

We provide sample service, according to the sample policy, customers need to bear the sample cost and shipping
 cost.

4.What are the payment terms?

We recommend TT remittance. After signing the contract, part of the deposit will be paid in advance,  after the product production is completed, there will be a professional business department to inspect  the product, after the product is qualified, we will notify the customer to pay the final payment by  pictures or videos and then pick up the product. 

5.How long does it take for delivery?

The specific delivery time depends on the order quantity and requirements. Usually about 30 working  days after receiving the deposit, if customers have urgent needs, we can speed up the production speed, delivery on schedule.

6.What are your delivery terms?

We support EXW/FOB/CIF/CFR .

Usually the port of origin is Qingdao port. If you have your own freight forwarder in China, you can let
 him contact me. Anyway, we provide safe and fast cargo transportation service for our customers.
